"Villa degli Ulivi" welcomes you with an independent entrance with a security door. From the main entrance you arrive directly to the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the bathroom. A wrought iron staircase with slate flooring leads to the upper floors, where we find on the first floor, the 3 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its bathroom, and on the second a large living room with billiards and the fourth bedroom with its bathroom. On the ground floor we find the fully furnished kitchen with an American fridge, two dishwashers, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine, an air fryer, a microwave and everything you need to cook great Ligurian dishes. Continuing we find the dining room with a solid wood table and s 8 comfortable seats, the living room with a working fireplace, a 55-inch TV with SkyQ and all applications, unlimited Internet. From the living room we can access the large terrace, with a comfortable Gazebo while in the entrance we find the service bathroom.

From the main entrance you go up to the first floor via a late 19th century wrought iron staircase with slate flooring, where we find the 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.

Going up we reach the large living room of about 140 square meters, with a professional billiards table. Surrounded by large decorated windows it offers an incredible view of the gulf. Adjacent we find the fourth bedroom also with a private bathroom.
